I've officially achieved audiogasm. I applaud you, sir!

TSRBand responds:

Haha thanks, happy you liked it!

I want to say I was surprised, but when it comes to you great music is never surprising! I definitely enjoyed this track. The title was remarkably fitting all things considered. The whole way through I was picturing an intense war march across a snow-swept plain. Two armies ready to clash in the final battle!

Oh man, I get goosebumps just thinking about it. Shoulda packed a coat.

My only real complaint with it is that, as mentioned in the tags, it was a bit repetitive which typically - at least in my eyes - is something better suited for looping tracks. However, this is a minor thing because the fadeout and fadein times for the song are pretty short and it doesn't detract from the song's quality even a little bit.

4.5 stars from this Platypus, and I cannot wait to hear the glorious tunes you produce in the future! Mad respect.

tourmi responds:

Thank you for your review and your compliments! I didn't have much inspiration when creating this, which is why it ended up being so repetitive. I found a way to break my computer's AUX plug so I can't really change it as of right now or work on newer songs :/

Again, thanks for your review!

That is definitely a Dragon Quest theme! You definitely nailed the vibe there. I can see the slimes drawing near already and it is absolutely beautiful.

There's something inherently magical about the classic Dragon Quest games, I must say. If ever there were a song that recaptured that magic it would be this. Not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind using this. My only complaint is that it's listed as a loop but, you know, it doesn't loop. That's a bit strange to me.

Other than that little thing though it's a phenomenal song and you deserve serious props for it! Just fix up the looping and SHAZAM! it's five stars from this guy.

KaiserBeats responds:

Yea, If you want to use this song, ill fix the loop for ya :D

This was actually a very good piece o' music! Although like Nithael said, the guitar is a bit off-putting at first, I actually got used to it very quickly. I am of the opinion that it really enhances the feel of the piece. Then again, I'm not much of a composer so what do I know? I don't have any real complaints about it but anything can be improved and this is no exception. Oddly enough, as I was writing this comment the track actually looped and I didn't notice! Seamless!

Either way, I really enjoyed listening to this and I'd really like to use it in a project if at all possible. If not that's fine. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing more of your music in the future!

slaleky responds:

Hey! Thanks for the kind words! Glad you liked the track!

Yeah composing, like all art forms, is just one of those things where someone's always going to love it and someone's always going to hate it XD So all you can really do is create something based on your own opinion of what is awesome. And personally, I think the guitar adds a nice change in flavour to the rest of the track, on top of that, electric guitars sound awesome, and the guy who I originally wrote it for thought so too.

But hey, the wonders of modern technology means if people want a guitarless version for whatever reason, I can whip one up in about 10 minutes! ^.^

You really nailed this track! The title made me giggle too. The whole feel of the song legitimately felt like an epic battle was about to happen. If I could present any criticism it would be that sometimes the synths overpower the drums just a little too much although I know little to nothing about musical theory. I could just be being nitpicky.

Either way, excellent job! If possible, do you think I would be able to use this song? Not sure what I'd use it for but it can never hurt to be prepared.

UniversalAnarchy responds:

Yeah, The licensing terms are a bit misleading, there aren't many options to choose from. You can use it for non-profit stuff as long as you credit me. The strict rule was to make sure it wasn't used without my knowledge, that's all. Thanks for the awesome review!

This was phenomenal, bruh! The loop was seamless and the general feel of the song really did evoke a harrowing boss fight. Indeed, I think you nailed the 'spider' motif present in the title if that makes any sense. If I could recommend anything it would be to boost the bass but that's more of a personal love for epic basslines than an actual criticism. Keep up the good work!

tourmi responds:

Thank you, bruh! I'm happy to know that there isn't just me that thinks that this would fit for a spider boss theme! And yeah, I think I agree on the bass part, it might be bit too quiet, especially at the 2/3 of the song (0:44). I've actually made this song more than a year ago and don't have the drum samples for this song anymore, so I can't re-render it, sadly :/

Again, thank you for this review! I'll make sure to keep on doing awesome tracks. ^^

Massive otaku, kind of cancerous, makes sub-par music and loves tits. That's me right there for ya! Not really much else to say, is there?
